How a real knife factory backs small buyers

We work with plants and dealers who care about uptime and margin—not glossy brochures.

Manufacturer, not a trading maze

You talk to people who know grinding and heat treatment. One thread for sizes, steel, and commercial terms—no endless forwarding.

Exporter paperwork in plain words

Invoice, packing list, and HS heading for steel knives stated up front. If you never imported from China, we explain the usual steps so your customs broker is not guessing.

Honest limits

If a photo is too blurry to guarantee fit, we say so. If lead time stretches because of heat-treat queue, we say that too—before you pay, not after.

Frequently asked questions

Do you only supply standard catalog blades?+
We focus on replacement and drawing-matched geometries. Send your blade drawing, OEM part number, or clear photos with key dimensions for a technical review.
What information do you need for a quotation?+
Machine brand/model if known, material to cut (plastic type, wood species, etc.), dimensions or sample photos, annual volume estimate, and target delivery region.
How do you handle quality and material matching?+
We confirm steel grade and hardness band against your application—injection regrind, film scrap, rigid bottles, or wood chipper lines—and align with your current failure mode.
What are typical lead times?+
Standard replacement patterns often ship in 2–4 weeks after drawing approval; express or stocked blanks can be faster. We confirm schedule per order.
What is your MOQ and can you mix items in one shipment?+
MOQ depends on geometry and steel width—pilot runs are common for new drawings. We regularly consolidate multiple knife lines into one export shipment with a single packing list.
Which payment terms do you accept for export orders?+
Established buyers often work on TT advance / balance before ex-works or FOB; we also support LC at sight for qualified projects when ship dates align. State your treasury rules in the first email.
Can you support HS codes, packing lists, and country-of-origin documents?+
Yes—industrial knives and alloy steels have predictable HS headings; we coordinate with your forwarder on gross/net weights and commercial invoice fields to reduce customs holds.
Do you offer pre-shipment inspection or video before we pay the balance?+
For first-time programs we can provide dimensional photos, hardness spot checks on request, or short factory video. Details depend on value and blade confidentiality (NDA available).
We are new to buying knives directly from China—how do we lower risk?+
Start with a documented sample or small pilot PO, use clear drawings with revision numbers, and keep one technical owner on both sides. We encourage video calls and phased payments tied to milestones.
Can you sign an NDA before we upload CAD?+
Yes—share your legal name and entity so we return our mutual NDA or yours via PDF/DocuSign before any proprietary geometry leaves your vault.
Do you work with trading companies, EPCs, and OEM machinery dealers?+
We routinely ship through resellers and project integrators. Provide the end-user destination and who holds the commercial invoice so Incoterms stay coherent.
What is the difference between your blog and solution hubs?+
Articles are evergreen education; solution hubs start from a specific plant pain, then route you to categories, starter SKUs, and deeper reading—better for long-tail SEO and buyers comparing vendors.
We are a hardware shop or trader—can we resell your knives?+
Yes. Many customers are regional parts dealers. Send your customer’s machine photo or drawing; we quote ex-work or FOB so you can add your margin. Small trial quantities are normal.
