No technical report needed. Choose the block closest to your machine and copy the list into your message with photos.
Plastic crusher, granulator, or film line
- —Machine brand or a clear nameplate photo (even if the sticker is old).
- —What you cut: bottles, pipes, film, lumps, mixed house scrap—roughly.
- —Photo of the worn blade next to a ruler or tape measure; count mounting holes if you can.
- —Approx. how many hours/days a set lasts today, and what kills it: dull, chip, bend?
Single-shaft or twin-shaft shredder
- —Rotor diameter or shredder model; photo of one knife in the holder.
- —Hook shape (we can match from a side photo).
- —Whether you process film, pallets, or mixed scrap—metal content honest.
- —Do you need a full set or only a few pieces to try first?
Wood chipper, counter knife, or planer-type setup
- —Chipper make/model or stump photo of the knife pocket.
- —Chipper knife + counter knife / anvil together if they work as a pair.
- —Wood type: softwood, hardwood, branches, slab—moisture roughly if you know.
Shipping, risk, and warranty—in plain words
Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, etc.) decide when risk passes. We state them on the proforma so you know whether to buy marine insurance on your side.
On arrival, check the carton for impact damage and take photos before opening if the box is crushed. Tell us within a few working days if quantities or obvious transport damage look wrong.
Custom knives are produced after drawing or sample approval. If the issue is our workmanship against that approved spec, we replace or rework. If the machine was mis-measured, we help re-cut where steel allows and quote any difference honestly.
We are a knife factory and supplier: we solve fit, steel choice, and repeat supply—not vague marketing claims. Ask directly; we answer directly.
After you order
We confirm drawing or photos before heavy production. Tracking and packing photos can be shared before balance if we agreed that in the proforma—ask when you are new to buying from China.
