Leader Blades RFQ checklist

Send the following information when requesting replacement industrial knives:

1. Knife photos
- One front photo
- One back photo
- One edge photo
- One photo with a ruler or caliper visible

2. Dimensions
- Length
- Width
- Thickness
- Bolt-hole diameter and center distance
- Bevel direction and edge angle if known

3. Machine and process
- Machine brand or model if available
- Cutting stage: crusher, granulator, shredder, pelletizer, chipper, planer, or veneer line
- Feed material: PET, HDPE, PP/PE film, PP woven bag, tire rubber, wood, pallet, veneer, etc.
- Current issue: fast wear, dust, fines, oversize chips, blade chipping, noisy cutterhead, or high motor load

4. Order information
- Required quantity
- Target delivery date
- Delivery country and preferred Incoterms
- Any drawing file: PDF, DXF, DWG, STEP, or STP

Do not worry if the drawing is not ready. Clear photos and measured dimensions are enough for an initial check.
